John's aim is not just to help you get the best out of your career but-often even more importantly-to balance career success with support for other areas of life in what can be, behind the glamour, a very lonely and stressful business. You need to be in control of your own career, and that is what a session with John aims to help you do. At the end of the session you will take away (or recieve by email) your own personalised career action plan to keep you on track with your goals and the day to day running of your business.
Every client is unique, so your session will be aimed at helping you identify your individual short and long term career goals, the resources and challenges you personally have which affect those goals and how John can help you maximise your strengths and address any barriers.

How much does a one to one session cost?
****UPDATE! 2010 LIMITED TIME DISCOUNTS: As our 'new year' discount proved so popular this year, we are extending the offer for a limited time. So telephone sessions are STILL £20 (normally £40) and face to face sessions are £40 (normally £60). This does not affect your guarantee*
The Initial Session usually lasts 30-45 mins either by phone or face to face at John's central London base.
Our aim is for you to leave the session with clarity on your next career steps and useful ''homework'' to help you, whether or not you decide to go ahead with further sessions.
*Guarantee: Whether on the phone or in person, if you are not happy after ten minutes that the session is useful, you can end it with no obligation and no hard feelings...there is enough hot air spoken in this business already, we don't want to add to it :-)
