IN URGENT NEED OF HELP?
''The show must go on'' is one of the most fundamental rules of the entertainment industry.
However...

I know from personal experience that in what can be a very lonely business, sometimes the show simply can't go on until you address the more basic emotional, financial and health problems which seem to turn up just when we are at our lowest ebb, and it can feel like we are facing a crisis alone with nobody to turn to.

If this is where you or a friend are at right now, take it from me, the most sensible thing you can do is get help.

That's why I have put together this list of organisations which are ready and waiting to provide confidential advice and support, usually free of charge.

Whatever problem you are currently going through, you should find some  help and advice here.
Hope you find the help you need...please keep me posted.

I intend to keep this list updated so please let me know of any organisations that have proved helpful to you. And if things are going well, please join me in supporting these great causes where you can.
