Interested in Working as an Extra?

You've come to the wrong place.

Working as an ''extra'' in TV of Film is a perfectly respectable way of earning a living, but it is not the same as other kinds of performing career, so while it is not something I can help you with myself, I wouldn't want you getting ripped off if this is your interest.

If you want to become an extra for fun or for extra money, by all means seek out some of the reputable agencies who specialise in this area, but run a mile from any agencies which claim it will help build your career as a featured performer.

And run even faster from agencies or websites which ask for upfront fees before getting you extra work. A legitimate agent only gets paid after you get work, and should pass any money you earn (less their commission) very soon after it reaches them.

Best wishes and stay safe
